Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may happen because of road works, accidents on motorways, bad weather or any other force majeure event. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.


We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Ground Shipping (Domestic): Free
  • Priority Mail (Domestic): $5.00 per unit.
  • International Shipping: $24.95 flat shipping fee per order.


The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Ground Shipping (Domestic): 2-9 business days from California.
  • Priority Mail (Domestic): 2-3 business days from California.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies based on the destination country.


We aim to process orders promptly, typically within 24 working hours from the time the order is placed. Please note that this processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances.


We use reputable shipping carriers and methods to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. The specific carrier and method may vary based on factors such as the destination and order size.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary for other locations.


While we make every effort to provide timely deliveries, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These factors can include adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or issues with the shipping carrier.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will promptly notify the customer and provide updates on the status of their order. We are committed to resolving any issues related to shipping delays in a timely manner.


We diligently track packages using the carrier's portal. If a package is confirmed lost, we take full responsibility for replacing it. However, if the carrier's tracking indicates delivery, we cannot be held liable for missing packages.
