If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 7 business days of receiving it for a refund. These policies apply to all products purchased online on our website

Some restrictions may apply. 


We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

However, we also understand that fragrance preferences are subjective. Hence, we extend the option for returns even if the product has been slightly used, provided the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase.

How to initiate the return?

Please Note: Suvira Fragrances is not liable for any shipping costs of the item(s) returned. The customer is liable for the shipping costs and handling costs of the returned product.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the Company will require a period of 7 business days to fully process the return and issue the refund. After inspection of the product, If your return is accepted, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a refund via the original form of payment, whether it be a wallet, credit card, or another payment method used during the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse the request for returns after the 7 day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in this clause. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.


Customers may cancel their order before been shipped or processed by sending an email to If the order has not yet been shipped or processed, there will be no extra cancellation charges. Cancellation requests initiated in this manner will be accepted within the specified time frame, we process them on a best-effort basis. 

Suvira Fragrances may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and the Company will refund You for any payment already made.


Customers should carefully review the terms of this return policy before initiating any return,  exchange or cancellation requests. Any violation of the policy may result in the denial of a return,  exchange or cancellation. 

Suvira Fragrances reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, customers accept these terms as binding and agree to comply with them.
